Our Process

We take measurements and talk through the pattern, then cut, forge, and MIG weld the frame and pickets in the shop. Because salt air near Sullivan’s Island is unforgiving, every piece gets a rust-inhibiting primer and a powder coat or enamel topcoat before it hangs. We set the posts, adjust the swing, and check the latch on site.
